The Illinois program announces the winning design for the 2025/2026 Region 5 leotard. The design comes from Allie A, a Level 7 gymnast at Phenom Gymnastics. Her design advanced through the Illinois contest, then moved into regional voting against four strong designs from other Region 5 states and many entries that did not reach the regional round.
The regional committee will confirm state colors soon. All states will use the same design for post season meets, with color assignments giving each state a clear look.
Illinois staff and athletes show pride in seeing an Illinois gymnast lead the design this year. Allie’s work will represent Region 5 during championship events.
