Illinois coaches, athletes, and judges, this is your chance to make your mark on the Region 5 stage! Submit your original leotard design for the 2026 Illinois Regional Leotard Contest by August 29, 2025. The winning Illinois design will compete against winners from IN, KY, MI, and OH, with the Region 5 State Chairs voting for the final design. That leotard will be worn by all Region 5 Regional Qualifiers in 2026.
Design guidelines:
- Leotard must be fully sublimated
- Must include: “2026”, “Illinois”, and the Illinois USAG logo
